Pros
the exposure, working with bright minds
Cons
Firstly, being a non profit organization, they hire you at a very low salary but raise millions from clients/sponsors, Inspite of working overtime, your hard work at this place is never enough because the CEO/Founder Yashraj thinks you are his slave. He will keep a close check on each employee and will ensure that every employee is pushed till they are burnt out and has managed to squeeze maximum juice out of them. At the end of all that, he refuses to pay you your full salary and will find reasons to refuse you the one thing you joined the place for - your experience letter. It doesnt stop there. If you raise a voice against it, he ensures that he puts in a bad word for you at your next work place. He's tyrannical and heartless in all means, ironic for someone who hosts a platform about selflessness and empowerment. Thus, making your time at TEDxGateway the worse time of your life. And to top that, no day off! not one.
