      Pros

      Interning at TEDxgatewayarch gave me an incredible experience. The curator Steve was kind and passionate, and treated all members of the team equally. Gave the interns full reign on big projects. Flexible scheduling and amazing downtown building

      The schedule was never set in stone and we faced a couple big projects at the last minute
