Pros
TEECOM has always competes at the very top of Audio Visual, Security and Telecommunications consulting. The majority of the employees are at the top of their game and really want projects to be successful and succeed.
Cons
The TEECOM of 2017 is not the TEECOM of old. David Marks, the CEO, has handed the day to day operations over to two other principals. The focus of the company has changed to from the collaborative and fun work environment to a pressure cooker as the new principals prove themselves via crazy billing hours and profitability measurements. This is the reason we no longer vote ourselves as the best place to work and why our marketing & propaganda group is working overtime reminding us of how great we are. The new management team is different in their management style. It is taking some getting use to this more aggressive, less holistic management team.
