Pros
You get to work remotely
Cons
I was with Teema for about a year and a half, and made zero dollars You are put through a lengthy interview process which takes about 6 weeks because they want to ensure they hire "the best of the best" When you are hired, you will find that there are about 20 people at Teema who monopolize everything. These are people who have been with the company for years, and have brought in their own clients. They are the only ones who have achieved success with the company If you are a recruiter for example, and want to focus on just recruiting you will make zero money. You will send hundreds, even thousands of candidates to the account managers for their jobs, but they usually present their own candidates first. If their candidates don't make the cut, they present their friend's candidates, if they don't make the cut, then they consider yours. If you are an Account Manager who wants to focus on just bringing in clients, you could make money if you fill the roles yourself, or if you find a great recruiter. Ratio of great recruiters to bad at Teema is 70% to 30%. Don't get me wrong, it has worked for a small number of people, the trick is to bring in your own clients who give you multiple job orders which will ensure you make money. If you do have your own clients though, why would you need Teema?
