Pros
The curriculum writing team was really friendly and setup training for what they expected, but you'd expect better of a nonprofit than to consistently pay its contractors late.
Cons
I don't know if they are struggling for money or whether they just don't know how to manage all the contractors, but good luck getting paid on time. The work is pretty easy if you are really a subject expert, but the template and process can be stressful. Really, it seems like they may just be doing shady stuff with the money or they are about to go under.
