Bosses actually listen and are done to earth

Not too many job openings

A company's values come from the top. The Telophase CEO and its HQ staff actively take care of their employees in the field. They visit in-person, but not so often that it becomes annoying. I don't demand that nothing ever goes wrong. I do expect prompt and honest communication until an issue is resolved. Telophase delivers, and I honestly believe it's because they care.

For most Government contracts, annual raises are limited by customer budgets. The same is true for the other contractor companies here, so no real points lost for Telophase.
