Cons
The company does not value its employees at all. The management consists of people who are not interested in adapting to European cultures and ignore labor laws. The focus is exclusively on money; people are just numbers. Every year, a large number of employees are fired from one day to the next, their positions are replaced in South America and Asia, causing many departments to become dysfunctional. Chaos reigns in the processes; the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
