The management team lacks the right qualifications and creates a hostile work environment. Layoff threats are a regular tactic to push staff into overwork. Then there's the availability problem: project managers disappear for up to six hours at least four times a week during core hours. That leaves the team unable to reach them most of the day, despite their contractual obligation to be available, creating major bottlenecks and an incredibly tough experience.
