Pros

Could not find a single thing.

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience with the TELUS Digital recruitment process that reflects poorly on their communication and professionalism. After submitting my application, I was contacted by their recruitment team with an enthusiastic invitation to move forward in the process. I promptly filled out their form and even followed up with an email clearly stating my availability for a virtual interview. Despite doing everything on my part and being flexible, I received no further communication for over 24 hours—only to be later informed that my application was "unsuccessful." This sudden and contradictory response raises serious concerns about how organized and respectful the TELUS recruitment process really is. It's not just frustrating, it feels careless and inconsiderate to candidates who take the time to engage seriously with the opportunity. If this is how the company handles potential hires, I worry about how it treats its employees. The lack of communication, inconsistency between teams, and what felt like a templated rejection despite previous interest, all speak to a poorly managed and uncoordinated hiring process. I hope TELUS Digital reevaluates its recruitment strategies and invests in more capable, communicative, and respectful HR professionals.

Pros

remote job that pays well, provides all equipment, and had benefits. The whole process of getting hired was an ease and they have overtime available. Sr advisors were nice and flexible if you have kids and appointments. i worked 2 months postpartum

Cons

Lack of social interaction, There's a lot of terminology and scripts you have to learn and you have to really apply yourself mentally. you are graded on each call for staying on script and all aspects of the workflow.
