CEO and most of the staff is really nice and personable. Pay was fair and benefits were good.
Cons
CEO while I was there was Raphael Rondon. CEO was great! -Disorganized. to the most extreme degree. - Little to no communication. This goes far beyond "I forgot to send an email" and extends into member facing employees not being told about new policies then being held accountable for "breeching policy". - VERY CORPORATE. politics and all. The gossip mill can be relentless. - Lots of empty promises. They will talk a really great game about growth within the company, and opportunities for promotion, all of them are lies, UNLESS you are a favorite. Then the world is your oyster. - They have a turnover rate of like 70% and a retention rate of about 3 - 6 months. - They talk a good game about culture and values but rarely stick to them. All in all.... I'd steer clear.
