Systems constantly crash Outdated equipment Unnecessary procedures that could easily be updated Downsizing with no end in sight so everyone is leaving or getting fired on a regular basis Employees have absolutely no integrity and are afraid to speak up Members funds have been stolen by former employees When I spoke up against things or asked questions I was told I had a demeanor that affected others and questions were never answered Management was messy and lacked emotional intelligence and accountability In order to move up you will have to be liked and your work ethic means nothing The IT department is unprepared and overworked Too many chiefs Unprofessional conversations All in all with the current vision of the company is an illusion and you most likely will have to be hazed to progress at a place like TENCU.
