Pros
The hours in the facility that I worked at were incredible. Most of the staff was friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
The company does not care about individuals, the employee turnover was unlike anywhere else I have ever seen. There was excessive drama within the supervisor ranks. They were averse to teaching necessary skills to complete a job but would not hesitate to write up or fire an employee for not being able to meet their expectations.
