Pros
Filled with strong hard working characters who make the day easier, its fun to work harder when you enjoy the company of those your around and i did feel a sense of fulfillment when I was able to work hard uninterrupted
Cons
The pay isint amazing and you're often working 5-6 days a week so the overtime helps, but trying to work with the "bulldog" is demoralizing and even when you bring up problems regarding machines, facilities, or management you receive jargon and occasionally a bandaid. You could even be threatened by a coworker and they will talk about it behind closed doors and move on despite contacting 3 immediate supervisors. It could be made easier if they would listen to the people who work the machines day in day out but when working with expensive machinery you'd expect them to take care of the systems keeping the machines up and running but they will either slap a cheap fix on the problem than spend the money. Only to turn around and ask why, an expensive machine that needs spesific conditions to run properly, is having issues after leaving you with cheap inefficient tools, and halfway incompetent solutions.
