      Pros

      Great place to start you a career in payroll and accounts receivable. You can get in, learn payroll rules and develop yourself. Annual pay increase of typically $1/hr. Annual bonus, PTO, somewhat flexible schedule

      Cons

      After a year or so you will have learned many things. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth. You will not learn everything about payroll but you will get part of it. Don't expect to become a supervisor or manager - it will never happen.

      Pros

      The Recruiters are very approachable and are truly there to help place you. In my case my recruiter often texts me to see how things are going and I know should a problem every arise I can always talk to her.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was more for individuals with college degrees but at least it gets your foot in the door.
