Pros

Long history, solid account base in NYC and the Boroughs. NJ and FL, too.

Cons

CT market is about 1.5 years old and Corporate doesn't realize that it's not the 6th Borough. The inflexible pricing, high cpc, and high expectations create a stressful workplace. One technician with others "on call from Bronx team" may satisfy 4 HR service window- but don't expect a smiling technician! CRM driven; zero cold-calling n field and extremely telemarketing based. An account review weekly eliminates 20% of sales time, and CRM data requirements eat up another 65%. Really horrid!

Pros

Still thinking, give me 12 more years. Not!!

Cons

Nickel and dime you, give benefits, take benefits away, give a gas card, take it away. Underpaid for mileage, jump through hoops for out-of-pocket expense reimbursement. PTO days suck. PTO approved, then unapproved. ICE agents need to go to the Bronx office and deport the Nicaraguan management / Government.
