Pros
If you are a work-a-holic, you can work all of the hours you want! If you like to have your ideas shut down, have no budget to make improvements, and enjoy being belittled - then this is the place for you!
Cons
People are not treated well at many levels in the organization. There is no vision statement. The mission statement clearly articulates how the organization is operating in silo's instead of as a whole. Budgets every year are set unrealistically. The fluffy plans that get put in place to support the facade of meeting the ridiculous budgets get met with criticism anyway. All decisions are controlled by 2 people, and unfortunately those decision-makers lack common sense, leadership, and basic business 101 acumen. Unfortunately, the human resources department lacks the conviction to remove those 2 bully decision makers from the company, so the temperament of fear and hostility continues driving down employee morale, creativity, and results. Sadly, competitive forces will continue to eat TH Foods' market share, and good people will continue to exit from the company when they learn that they can be treated better, have advancement opportunities, and be compensated higher than they currently are.
