The worst company that I worked for in my six years in Thailand!!! I was placed through the One Songkla at a school teaching 1st grade when I specifically said I would not teach anything below third grade. The owner hid the information about the school saying was above third grade until I had no choice but to stay with the position as the job that she promised my husband fell through. We made an extensive move down to southern Thailand on assurances that we both had guaranteed positions (stupid us!). It just went down hill from there and I can go into a long rant detailing the hellish year I spent working with The One. The are very unorganized, unprofessional, shady, underhanded, untrustworthy and last minute in everything they do. The owner, Miss Karn, is a horrible person who only cares about the money she gets from you and how pretty she looks. They charge the schools an extra 8-10 thousand baht a month and do the BARE minimum. If you are desperate and do work for The One, make sure that you check your bank account every month to insure they pay you the full amount as they tried to pay me less for a couple months. Also expect your payment to be 4-5 days late every month. I had to call Miss Karn every month to check on my pay even though the school payed The One on the 1st every month.
