Cons
Stress , streas and stress.they have bad planning toward delivering their projects.
They are pretending as they are following agile ,but it doesn’t mean the people have to work on their rest time.
However ,no pain no gain by such pressure you might found it useful especially if you are in mid career and want to grow.
