- Managers teach their trainees/juniors like a course is taught in college to help them get better. - Employees are like one family - Work/life balance - Partners are very friendly, no attitude like other firms whatsoever

- Partners are reluctant to delegate harder tasks/sections, even the manager can not get involved in planning the audit. - Not many social events - Not competitive when it comes to salary and benefits - IT can be better (used to spend hours to connect to the server, there would always be IT issues)
