7yI want to thank whoever wrote this review. As CEO I own all the feedback that comes in --good and bad ---as I will never be done in growing as a leader and pushing us to grow as a company. So thank you for sharing.
Throughout 2018 we applied our methods to THRUUE in an collaborative and open process with all employees—as we chose new values and behaviors for the company. We are also enhancing our internal people processes including sourcing, hiring, and performance evaluation. It’s within that context that I will respond to this review.
Our new values are: people centered, succeeding together, persistent curiosity and authenticity. They set a very high bar when you consider them. I encourage you to also read the behaviors below each value on our web site. It’s a value set that means THRUUE is not for everyone. It also means we will not get it right in attracting people to our mission and vision every time. But its who we are and how we strive to interact with one another.
We are not the same company that we were even a half year ago as we are learning and focusing and constantly improving. We are on the edge of the most exciting connections between people and strategy at a time when having a healthy corporate culture is so important to every company and across our society. I invite every prospective employee to make your own assessment about me and the incredible people that I get to work with with every single day.
