Pros
The 2 bosses are honest and really try to give every everybody opportunities and ability to make decisions at their level. The level of autonomy given was good. We are able to decide what clients we would like to go after, how to charge, and the approach angle. We had annual overseas incentive trips when times were good before 2015. The bonus is heavily skewed towards excellent performers imo. If you can show that you have won many pitches for company, you will have good bonus. I have seen at least one have won many jobs for company and driving branded car.
Cons
Bosses worry too much about what we think and give us face. I think it is unnecessary. Should just tell us straight in the face and we will have to do. There are more people who know how to talk than people who know how to do. That is why my last 2 years no bonus, all give to the under-performers.
