Pros
Great Environment and Partnership between employees. Almost everybody helps each other and no one hides information. Flexible work hours and very easy-going (tranquil) workplace. An excellent company to learn and develop professional skills.
Cons
Career-Plan is not well explained and objective for the most part of the employees (Goals to achieve in order to get a salary raise or a promotion are not very clear). Salaries are a tabu subject between Managers, Human Resources and Employees.
