Stretching goals, very dynamic, good work environment, people committed to do their best. Relationship with peers across the country helps you have different perspectives and opinions.
Cons
Salaries were below the market, poor management and very little career opportunities. Too much politics going on in many areas. Not very transparent when it came to rewarding systems and how you progress in the company.
