      Empathetic work group, allows for personal growth and development

      Cons

      No real cons with the job, they accepted me with very little experience and the pay is competitive being at a non-profit institution. The health plan for Brigham is excellent if you only need medical care. The coverage doesn't do anything for mental health care as no one takes it.

      Organized, efficient, good company culture that overall cares about employee growth and development.

      Cons

      Ability to grow and learn depends on the trial you're assigned to. When one trial ends, you may not be working with the same manager. Some managers are stronger or fit better with your work ethic than others.
