You'll meet some nice coworkers and get experience you can use somewhere better.

: If you’re thinking about working here, honestly, don’t get your hopes up. The pay is nowhere near what you need to actually live in the Bay Area, and it feels like they base salaries on some random national average instead of reality. On top of that, pay doesn’t match effort or experience, I had years under my belt and still made less than someone brand new that I had to train. She quit a few months later, which pretty much says it all. The higher-ups walk around acting like they’re running the next big tech empire, but honestly, most of them don’t seem to know much. If you want to feel valued, fairly paid, or supported by leadership that actually knows what they’re doing, this is not the place.
