      Pros

      Great sale concept names brands at low prices with economy the way it is. Wonderful people in stores to work with. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Payroll cuts, old technology, & district mgmt on up not aware of what has to be dealt with in stores. Not place to work if want a family life--long hours and almost all weekends for store mgmt.
