Pros

Company comprehensive benefits are good if you are full-time. (health care, 401k, sick time, vacation) Room to grow with experience and education. 20% Discount Days Flexible if you have to change your schedule or take extended time off.

Cons

Shortage of workers at times. Sometimes you have to work a different way when one manager is on duty from the other. Pay could be better for the range of responsibilities of supervisors. Only guaranteed 30 hours for full time.

Pros

nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

Cons

barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
