The company will try to accommodate your school schedule. But it is up to you to find someone to cover your shifts they schedule you for even if it was their error
Cons
Too "high-school" drama even with the older workers? Company policies are a convenience not a must. Too many policy changes to keep track of. If you ask the same questions of management personnel you will get totally different answers!
