Pros
Flexibility with scheduling, the employees I work with are very friendly (with a few exceptions).
Cons
Small raises are given throughout large intervals. There always seems to be a "lack of payroll." Communication is hardly existent. Favoritism plays a huge factor in your position and level of respect. It seems the only way to get ahead is to be a brown-noser.
