great company - Sales Representative TK Carsites Employee Review

There is a lot happening at TK Carsites, new ownership, the addition of policies and procedures and new roles/jobs are being added on almost a daily basis. This is a place where you need to be part of the solution and a team player that can adhere to some very fundamental core values. There is a lot of work to be done so it isn't all fun and games, but a laugh every now and then does take the edge off of some of the growing pains that are occurring.

As a result of the growth there is a lot of change so things seem to always be in flux and it's difficult to know what the latest is on any given situation within the organization.

Open collaborative environment. Teams had each other's goals in mind when working together. Fostered creativity through lunch and learns, meetups and regular brainstorming.

Meeting the demands of the company's customers was difficult. Bridging the gap between the customers who were in sales with our website production department who were technical often created large miscommunication gaps.
