The role you referenced hasn’t been active at that location for over two years now. At that time, we recognized there was a significant area of opportunity for that team’s development and growth. Since then, we’ve made some major changes, including hiring a Director of Software & Automation, to bring stronger leadership, support, consistency and vision to that group. Pros

It's been a long time since I've been truly inspired at an organization. This is frankly due to the honesty, integrity and the real care they have for their clients. Management lead by example, (they work hard and really care for staff and clients) and the passion I see from the owner provides a extra level of motivation for everyone to do their best. I enjoy the people I work with and look forward to building a long term career here.

Pool table, beers on Friday's, that's about it.

This has to be one of the most incompetent MSP's that I have worked for. Where should I start? Higher level elite technicians who are stuck in their ways, not open to changing methods that may improve customer experience. Then you have upper level management virtual signaling growth while customers dump them for other MSP companies who offer better services for lower prices. Too much pushing of cloud based services when those services are never running as they should (365 CoPilot). The only contracts that they are able to sign on are First Nations, but they change MSP's as fast I change my underwear. Upper level brass has very high Liberal mentality. They never hire on merit and take in anyone who has just graduated high school to those who worked a returns desk at Best Buy. They do not have properly trained professionals doing the work. You have one guy who doesn't take the time to tuck in his shirt when at the office. Politics wise: Service and Professional Services never see eye-to-eye on day-to-day operations. Professional Services tries to complete projects only to have Service techs go in and make changes behind their back, ignoring change management policies in order to retrieve someone's data off an old file server while a migration is in progress. Complete lack of communication between teams is an ongoing issue in this dumpster fire.
