Pros

Terrible in comparison to similar sized companies. Annual raises but don't expect more than 50 cents for busting your balls all year. Health benefits, most employees cant afford the weekly deduction from there pay checks to pay for the health insurance. The coverage is terrible anyways. 401k most don't contribute because they cant afford it.

Cons

Management is clueless, lies up the chain of command daily. Unorganized company, upper management rush to start projects with out tools, parts or drawings, then blame the shop floor workers. This place is a joke, don't waste your time applying its not worth it. Human resources, treat employees like second class citizens.

Pros

The people on the floor are nice people. Incentive for finding near misses on the shop floor. (Get thrown in a raffle, more near miss finds more tickets in raffle).

Cons

Pay is very bad, most of the longer tenured employees are either at $22 an hour or just below. 5 days PTO for the year, no sick time, not eligible for annual bonus unless working there for a full year. Most of management is clueless and just want to assert authority. HR made themselves available two days of the week from 2-4PM I worked from 6:30 to 3. A lot of things are done here that are dangerous for health, and they are done without safety in mind for the most part. Safety team is mainly worried about “near misses” rather than actual safety and health related issues. Very disorganized, schematic and drawings often times were incomplete or incorrect, also sometimes were completely missing.
