-They will give you meaningful responsibility even as a entry level engineer
Cons
-They are overly concerned with cutting cost and this puts a damper on the technological advancement of their products
-They grossly under compensate their employees. Like I said, its a place to start, and get experience, but you're better off not staying more than a couple years at most.
