I hope you like working 12 hrs days but only getting paid for 8! - Fibre Planner TLI Group Employee Review

Travel time to site not paid. Poor overall pay. Inept managers who are inexperienced. No overtime for extra hours worked. No training provided. Everything is put on the long finger eg vehicle repairs etc. They don't care about you or your safety. Expected to drive an unsafe vehicle for 2 weeks as they couldn't be bothered fixing it, as I wasn't in the company long, I was told I should just drive it and shut up. Telling you at interview that you can work from home but then telling you that you can't as they can't keep their beady little eyes on you- total lack of trust, I'm not a teenager dossing off school! Oh and mamagers are unbelievably passive aggressive!
