Pros
TMC really values personal and professional development through higher education, training courses, and leadership programs they make available to their employees. I have gained experience in various roles in various departments as I grow in my career and figure out what direction I would like to go. It's a familial work environment - supervisors and employees genuinely care for another.
Cons
There are currently some growing pains with rapid hiring and transitions into a new building, but that's inevitable.
