      Cons

      - Low salary. - Bonus scheme is not really good for the employee. - Fewer holiday days than direct employment. - No prospects for promotion.

      Environment,management, values, invested in employees and room to grow

      Cons

      PTO it is hard to accumulate PTO when you start as a new employee since it will also be used as sick time and mandatory holiday pay. Pay is also a large downside.
