      Great company culture Social events (Christmas party, March Madness bracket competition, college football tailgates, etc) Approachable leadership Friendly and helpful HR Solid pay/benefits for the area Overall I’ve been very happy working for this company and would absolutely recommend it.

      Cons

      Your immediate work environment is driven by the contract you’re on/what government agency you’re supporting, not TMC. Between the aforementioned social events it can be easy to feel disconnected from the company.

      Pros

      Very good benefits from a family POV. Training funding that can be used for immediate family members, too.

      Cons

      No real feedback on job performance. Since it's all contract work, once you reach a certain level, it's just paperwork.
