      Free coffee and nothing else.

      Cons

      Blaming culture,huge staff turnover, unpaid overtime, poor technology, absolut mess and lack of organisation, bonuses are super rare, Long hours and poor study support.

We are undergoing change and we do have focus on improving in key areas such as providing better technology resources for our employees and the management has initiated actions to be more transparent to all, including having more frequent business updates.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
