      Cons

      The HR vacancies have filled in 5 times in the span of two years. The management has changed and the work culture is full of nepotism, corruption & negligence. The ever changing HR is inhuman in their newly established policies. Layoffs are rampant without any prior intimation with a a 75% attrition in the last 4 months.. Work culture is pathetic with no growth opportunities whatsoever. Salary structures are ripping off employees more than the employer.

      We have been undergoing changes internally in order to improve areas in which we may be lacking and this includes reviewing salary structures, our culture and ways to further provide a clear career pathway.       All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
