      - quite a lot leave given, birthday leave, replacement leave on weekend etc - no much of politics, friendly culture

      Cons

      - the group too concern on profit as a whole, so make people hard to achieve target PBT so not willing to give away the performance bonus

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
