- Obedience to authority supporter. Decision-making power is held in fewer favorites’ hands. Employee are scared to speak up, because you will get into trouble or even loss the job tomorrow.
- Unfair rewarding system. High performance employees are not rewarded. The bluffing and favorite ones are.
- Full of politics. It’s very important who you are close with, and even where you sit.
- Very high staff turnover. Capable people cannot survive here.
