      Good place to work. Not the best salary. - Legal Officer TMF Group Employee Review

      Pros

      It is a good work environment with a lot of diversity of people. Not too much pressure in the day to day and lots of clients brings varied tasks which keeps things interesting. Lots of opportunities to participate in projects and initiatives. The bar events once, every fortnight are lots of fun.

      Cons

      At time unorganised management. Could include more women and people of colour in the upper management. Pay is not the best in the industry. Overall a good starting place or short term employer until something else comes along.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      Cons

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
