- high employee attrition (people in junior/medior positions leaving the company one after another) - strict office hours 9:00-17:30 (mostly not possible to start earlier and finish earlier) - limited updates on current legal topics - old school way of working + outdated systems - company for 50+ employees (many people working for 20-30 years in the company) - slow growth (position raised after 1-2 years with more responsibility and with a minor salary increase) - no bonuses for junior/medior employees - salary about 20% lower than possible to get at other companies in a similar position
