Higher than average pay for the area and location, first day benefits, good employees to work with (but not upper management)
Cons
Horrible "management team" with no proven past management experience. No respect for the employees or their job performances. No confidentiality or trust, even though its preached. Lots of backstabbing, favoritism, lies and cover ups by supervisors and plant management. There is no official rules, policy or handbook so they can pretty much do what they want to you, no matter who you are or how good your work performance is. They make the rules as they go. If they personally dont like you, they get rid of you - even if you have more experience than anyone else there. No communication from upper management at all. Lots of secrets. Plant manager has no idea what he is doing and it shows. He is seen as a joke to other plant managers at the other facilities. Watch out. You will be thrown under the bus no matter what you do so you learn not to trust anyone in management. Employees are very unhappy here, and no one listens or cares even though they say they do. The only reason we keep going is because of the pay and there arent many jobs available in this location.
