Pros
Good benefits, target bonus between 8% and 12%.
Cons
Management treats employees as if they are disposable, no respect or consideration for personal life, all requests are urgent and for right now, managers look down at you all the time. The Finance Department rotated 100% in the last few months (I wonder why?) $2 Billion company run in excel, no ERP system in place, no procedures in place, working 60 hours at week is the norm from Staff to CFO!! Again, I wonder why finance employees keep leaving!!??
