Scam company , bad environment micro management - Python/Django Developer TNC Group Employee Review

Micromanagement, managers doesn’t know what they are doing because they doesn’t have technical and managerial skills, company income source is not clear/known, yanni after working for a year still i dont know from where and how they were earning.
