      People are nice and kind Office is comfortable

      Cons

      Little no guidance on basic things Get thrown into big projects expected to know everything No one takes the time to show you around and sit down with you to explain basic systems or how to read certain documents Minimal communications and very hard to grab hold of people during busy times

      - Good place for growth in technical skills - Opportunities are there but you will need to be outstanding - Good remuneration package - Technology stack used are interesting & highly scalable

      Cons

      - No work life balance - Very fast paced - Challenging - Business does not understand tech
