Mostly the issues came from toxic management. Especially on technology department, where current CTO is too young to lead and lack of experience when handling the management. Mostly play around with his political scheme and does not care other potentials as long he shows he doing a good job. Next, not a good working place. Hence, the management is super micro-manage even quite fail in micro managing. They not even respect other religious activities. Especially during Friday prayers, when there is an issue occurs during the prayer. The management will straight call you regardless during prayers or not. Basically he said "I don't care", more likely to scold you some more. Lastly, for the last 4 years working in the company. After I've gone through the change of management. Which is better management into worse management. You'll be force to work for 24/7 working hours, regardless what is your employment letter is state which is the standard 8 hour per day working hour. You will be force to work extra hard. The management would not care about annual leave and even your health. Even he would said "You must at least die for the company." There is alot to be honest. I will state out the painful part for what I have experience in the past. To be honest, I would like to goes back to 2019. Back to the good old days.
