The TechDay: Every second Friday is reserved for personal education, workshops, talks, just reading a book, or playing around with some new technology.... Great atmosphere for like minded people, most consultants have studied physics, maths, computer science or sth similar and are eager to learn new techie stuff. Very flat hierarchies. The partners do a lot to make the employees happy.
Cons
Working part time can be a bit complicated. Not every project will be new shiny technologies.
