First and foremost, they hide your paycheck from you until the day after the check was post-dated. You trust me with your company -- handling customers and $1,000s in products/services yet you hide my paycheck from me until Saturday afternoons after all banks are closed. There is no room for advancement and the pay is terrible. I've been there more than two years and have received one review and raise. Also, they manage through scare tactics. "If you don't sell this, you can be fired." "If you post any negative comments on Facebook, you will be fired and sued." It's ridiculous. Treat your employees decently and we'll do our job with a smile! It's degrading how they speak to you sometimes. There are no breaks. Yes, you read that correctly, THERE ARE NO BREAKS DURING YOUR SHIFT. I've worked numerous 12-hour shifts without one single break. They make you sign a contract once you're hired saying you acknowledge this.
